Since our founding in 1994, Exchanges has always identified as a resource that is much more than a sales organization. Management and staff are steadfast in their promotion of English education as a fundamental component of Morocco’s economic and geopolitical future.

Publisher Alliances

Exchanges maintains solid working relationships with some of the world’s most highly regarded educational publishers, particularly in the UK and USA. These valuable connections grant us access to a wealth of supplemental goods and services such as classroom aids, cultural events, seminars and presentations around the country. Though materials and events are compiled by large organizations with global reach, the Exchanges professionals manage every detail for the schools.

Wide Product Availability

While our primary focus is on classroom materials, we offer a broad range of English language books, e-books and related products. We also specialize in providing hard-to-find and out-of- print titles, especially in the textbook category. No order is too large or too small.

Involvement in the Global Education Community

At Exchanges we prioritize staying informed of current best practices; evolving management and teaching techniques that affect education at all levels; and the latest products and services available on the international market. We attend significant trade events, such as book shows, across the EU, the UK and the USA.

Engagement Throughout Morocco

Among our more significant domestic initiatives, we attend and support these important associations, along with our outreach to school systems nationwide:

  • The American Cultural Association. The ACA Symposium, with an annual attendance of up to 700 learning professionals and international English Language Teaching (ELT) specialists.
  • Arrabita – The Moroccan National Private Schools Association. Exchanges actively supports this worthy organization’s annual meeting and general meetings throughout the year by supplying speakers, book exhibits and multimedia presentations when possible.
  • MATE – The Moroccan Association of Teachers of English. Exchanges participates in this group’s activities at the secondary and higher-education levels by printing and distributing their proceedings and newsletters. We also inform MATE of evolving developments in the publishing world that might enhance their mission.

Logistics Services

Exchanges has significant experience navigating the details of shipping, receiving and consolidation of materials through the Ports of Casablanca and Tangier – including the intricacies of compliance with Morocco’s Customs and and Foreign Exchange regulations. Upon customs clearance, trans-shipment through our highly efficient warehouse and inventory system ensures timely delivery of materials to our customers.

Specifically, the company has a distinguished and durable relationship with Ligentia Ltd., with a specialized linkage between Heathrow and the principal Moroccan ports. Air and overland shipments are dispatched efficiently upon arrival, often delivered to Exchanges’ customers within a week.
